Question: How to Order, when can I downlod the Product?

Answer:: The 6-Step Order Process is described in "6 Step Order Process". You can download the products in Step 6, after finishing Step 5.

Question: Why does Mercury Consulting Ltd. sell only to registered companies and not to consumers / private individuals?

Answer:: Our Templates and Checklists are not suitable for private PC's at home, they are only for professional IT-Systems. To protect consumers from purchasing non-suitable products we don't sell to consumers.

Question: What is the difference between "Personal Edition" and "Corporate Edition"?

Answer: : Both documents have the same content, the difference is just the usage-right:
The "personal edition" of our eBooks may not be copied or shared (e.g. via shared drive). You are granted the right to copy it to an backup device, but this backup device (e.g. CD-ROM) may not be used by others to read the eBook. The intelectual property (IP) remains with Mercury Consulting Ltd.
The "corporate edition" grants you the right to copy and distribute the eBook within your corporation. The intelectual property (IP) remains with Mercury Consulting Ltd.
